Stairs: Meet at the stairs on 4th Street, just north of San Vicente, in Santa Monica. Make sure you read the parking signs. You will most likely have to park on San Vicente or any street south of that. [ See Map ]

Premium Boxing Class: Boxing classes are reserved for premium members only. For more information, contact us today. Morning classes meet between the bike path and the sand where Bay St. ends on the beach (one block south of Pico Blvd. and West of Ocean Ave.) in Santa Monica. [ See Map ]

Evening classes meet at Clover Park on Ocean Park and 28th. [ See Map ]

Sprinting: Meet at the base of the hill where Bay St. ends in the traffic circle (one block south of Pico Blvd. and West of Ocean Ave.) in Santa Monica. [ See Map ]

Beach Boot Camp: Bring a large beach towel, a bottle of water, and meet at Santa Monica Beach, Station 27. Take Ocean Park all the way west until you get to the beach, turn left, then make a quick right into the $1/hour parking lot (small lot on the right). The workout lasts for about an hour, so to be safe, you may want to put in $2 if you’d like to stay for extra stretching or Q&A. [ See Map ]
