One hour full body circuit training class consisting of 8-12 exercise stations utilizing gym exercise equipment, dumbbells, medicine balls and kettle bells to develop all-around fitness.

Jade stone incorporates the use of heated and cool stones that are placed on the body and/or used for massage. This treatment is used to heal stressed organs, discharge toxins, slow the aging process and strengthen the body’s natural defenses.


Nicole’s Power Vinyasa classes are crafted to combine challenging physical sequences with essential breathing and meditation techniques so that students build strength across the board.
