An avid athlete and performer throughout her life, Nicole began practicing yoga seven years ago as part of her conservatory training at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She was immediately enamored with the practice, as she experienced firsthand the unique balance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits it had to offer. She continued to study yoga at Yoga to the People in New York’s East Village before moving out to Los Angeles in 2010, when she kicked her Vinyasa practice into high-gear at The Yoga Collective (YogaCo), one of the west side’s premiere studios. Under the instruction of world-renown yogi, Tama Dodge, Nicole became a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, and has since been thrilled to bring her love of yoga to practitioners of all ages and experience levels. |
